Impact Radius is transforming how advertisers manage media and performance partnerships. On a single platform our clients can track all media channels, automate tag management, onboard and pay direct partners, while viewing and optimizing all conversion paths.

The company was founded in 2008 by a team of Internet marketing and technology experts who previously founded Commission Junction, Savings.com and LeadPoint. We’re headquartered in Santa Barbara, California with offices in New York, London and Cape Town.

Executive Team

Per Pettersen

General Management

Per brings a unique mix of engineering and entrepreneurial experience to his work at Impact Radius, where he is co-founder and CEO. Per focuses equally on technology and growth initiatives in his passion to build and deliver the world’s most complete marketing technology suite. He has been instrumental in attracting leading advertisers, agencies, and media partners to the Impact Radius platform.

Per also co-founded successful internet companies Savings.com (sold to Cox Communications in 2012) and Leadpoint (the world’s first, fully transparent lead marketplace). In 1998, Per helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as co-founder and CTO of Commission Junction, the world’s first affiliate network.

Fun Facts:  Per has a part-time home in Oslo, Norway. He loves Johnny Cash but no other country artists.

Roger Kjensrud


Roger is co-founder and CTO of Impact Radius, where he is tasked with architecting and enhancing the world’s most scalable and complete marketing technology suite. As CTO, he leads our engineering and product departments. Roger is also a previous co-founder and technology leader of several internet technology companies, including Savings.com, and Leadpoint.

Previously, Roger was also the Director of Engineering at Commission Junction, where he transitioned the company to a scalable Java-based technology infrastructure. This generated significant IT cost savings, while enabling improved development processes that enhanced speed and quality.

Fun Facts: Former Norwegian ice fishing champion. Loves saltwater fly fishing.

Todd Crawford

Strategic Initiatives

Todd is a co-founder of Impact Radius and Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. He has been instrumental in forging and managing relationships with many of the company’s flagship advertisers, agencies, and media partners. Todd evangelizes a multi-channel approach to the performance model, and is a frequent speaker at key industry events, including: Affiliate Summit, Affiliate Management Days, a4uexpo, and Performance Marketing Insights.

Previously, Todd was VP Business Development at Digital River’s affiliate network, OneNetworkDirect, where he guided strategic initiatives and industry relations. In the late 1990’s, Todd helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as co-founder and VP Business Development of Commission Junction. Todd won the 2007 Affiliate Marketing Legend award.

Fun Facts: Todd is very fond of expensive objects made of metal. He avoids long walks on the beach.

Wade Crang

Business Intelligence

Wade is a co-founder of Impact Radius, where he heads Business Intelligence (BI). In this role, he makes certain every client gets the data and information they want, how they want it, and when they want it—so timely and well informed marketing decisions can be made.

Prior to co-founding Impact Radius he was part of the founding team at LeadPoint, his BI architecture boosted revenue per lead and ROI on new product initiatives. And at Savings.com it enabled the fast growing company to become fully data-driven, optimizing revenue-per-visitor and media spend. Wade also served Commission Junction as VP Business Intelligence/Product. He installed operational processes and tools that enabled CJ to cost effectively scale and support a global customer base.

Fun Facts: Wade performed a summer internship as cryptologist for the NSA and enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer, basketball, softball, and baseball teams (when not writing SQL).

Matt Reid

Marketing and Products

Matt is VP of Marketing where he is responsible for the company’s overall product strategy and global marketing efforts. He leads corporate marketing, product management, product marketing and demand generation functions.

Matt brings over 15 years of experience leading growth in technology companies and previously was the VP of Marketing at programmatic ad-tech leader OpenX. Earlier in his career Matt led product marketing for all SaaS technologies at Citrix, directing the initial market launch of GoToMeeting. Matt has also held leadership positions in Product, Sales and Marketing for Shunra Software (acquired by HP), Tidal Software (acquired by Cisco) and Platinum Technology (acquired by CA). Matt holds an MBA from the California State University, Sacramento and a BA in Business/Economics & Political Science from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Fun Facts: Matt doesn’t really play golf but made a hole-in-one from 138 yards out and once shared a plane ride with Willie Nelson.

Senior Leadership

Ashley Kirkcaldie

Technical & Client Support

Ashley runs our Technical Services & Client Support department. In that role, she ensures smooth integration of Impact Radius technology into client and partner systems. Ashley also manages technical support teams in our Santa Barbara and Cape Town offices.

Fun Facts: Ashley hails from the island of Kauai, and loves stand-up paddling.

Josh Kindervater


As head of our Finance department, Josh is responsible for all financial, accounting and operational aspects of IR’s business. He is a seasoned finance and business professional with more than 10 years experience in public and private high tech companies.

Fun Facts: Born in Cleveland, raised in the Bronx and resides in Santa Barbara. Is passionate about Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Ohio State football and Twilight

Kristin Corsello

Regional Sales

Kristin has managed east coast sales since 2010. Earlier, she spent 10 years as N.E. Sales Manager for CJ, delivering many of their largest advertisers. Also, she was affiliate manager at E-commerce Solutions. Kristin’s deep understanding of performance marketing adds value to our company and clients.

Fun Facts: Guitar player, swimmer, runner, former beach lifeguard and swim instructor. Has two little girls, adopted two stray cats, and loves to garden.

Mike Head

Regional Sales

Mike runs our midwest sales division, where Impact Radius is enjoying unprecedented growth. He also works closely with our media partners in that region. Mike understands that each prospective client has distinctive needs and goals and works diligently to uncover and meet those needs/goals.

Fun Facts: Mike is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and former professional juggler.

Seth Kaplan

Operations & Business Development

Seth oversees the development and management of strategic accounts at Impact Radius. He also runs internal operations, which helps optimize the experience of these accounts in utilizing our technology.

Fun Facts: Seth loves to travel, swim, bike, and run. He recently purchased his first turntable and is now relishing the sonic superiority of analog music (aka vinyl).
