On January 17, 2010, Impact Radius made its official debut at the Affiliate Summit West conference in Las Vegas. Prior to the launch we were in “stealth mode” for exactly two years. So depending on your perspective, Impact Radius is turning seven or five years old today.
When we “got the band back together” in January 2008, we knew we wanted to follow our passion and continue to innovate in the performance marketing industry. We also knew we didn’t want to build another affiliate network company. We realized that the legacy affiliate network model was flawed and that we had a chance to not only innovate from a technology and pricing perspective, but to also provide greater value to the industry as a whole by separating technology from service.
These past five years have flown by and we have grown by leaps and bounds. We now have offices in Santa Barbara, New York, London, and Cape Town, as well as a supporting sales presences in Denver and Chicago. Our company has grown to over 100 employees supporting thousands of businesses around the world.
The most rewarding part of starting a new company is seeing your vision validated by an industry that has always embraced innovation and risk. As we celebrate this milestone in our history, we look forward to the next five years of growth, innovation, and industry leadership.
